On Tuesday at CES – the largest hands-on technology trade show in the world – we announced that our award-winning AskMD app will come fully preloaded on ZTE’s newest smartphone, the Grand X 3, available exclusively with Cricket Wireless. Having AskMD – quite literally – at the fingertips of every Cricket customer who buys a ZTE Grand X 3 is an important step forward in empowering people to take control of their health anytime and anywhere.

I also had the pleasure this week of sharing the stage with BlackBerry CEO John Chen to announce our strategic partnership to accelerate consumer-driven healthcare by integrating BlackBerry’s gold standard security and privacy protocols into our apps. More than ever, it’s critical that we address privacy concerns in the healthcare industry; and Blackberry is the perfect partner to help us protect your personal health information.

This year, innovation in healthcare is going to be driven by strategic partnerships between leading players across the mobile communications ecosystem – and it was a pleasure to kick off 2016 with two of the world’s most important leaders in the industry at the Super Bowl of consumer tech.
