NCQA awards Sharecare three-year Case Management Accreditation

It is my pleasure to announce that the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) has awarded Sharecare a three-year Case Management Accreditation for the complex case management capabilities available through our proprietary advocacy solution. 

We achieved this important milestone from NCQA by demonstrating strong performance across nearly 10 specific standards outlined for Case Management accreditation, which is a remarkable achievement. In fact, the survey process that our team endured to obtain this recognition was extensive to say the least. Further, this latest NCQA Accreditation for Case Management is in addition to two separate three-year accreditations we have been awarded from NCQA over the last few years, including one for Population Health Program and another for Wellness and Health Promotion.

To reinforce what our CEO Brent Layton said in the press release commemorating our Case Management Accreditation, NCQA is, simply put, the gold standard. And obtaining recognition of this magnitude is a testament to our team’s unwavering commitment to quality and underscores Sharecare’s ability to build and deploy best-in-class solutions that make healthcare more personalized, accessible, and affordable for everyone.
