Introducing Sharecare’s 2026 cohort of all-stars on National Intern Day 

Every summer, Sharecare provides current students in a degree-seeking program and recent graduates – from either four-year college or graduate-level programs – with the opportunity to gain work experience through paid internships. Past interns have gone on to pursue prestigious graduate programs, work for nationally recognized employers, and a few have even joined Sharecare as full-time employees!

We’re grateful for the many contributions of our  2026 cohort of interns, who make us confident in the leaders of tomorrow: Caleesha Moore, Chance Edmonds, Connor Walker, Ella Daniel, Jayden Ripps, Keith Michaels, Kevin Lopes, Quincy Cornish, Taylor Hasan, Usama Arshad, and Will Waters.

Working across several departments at our company, this year’s crew hails from a variety of hometowns, life experiences, universities, and programs – bringing their unique talents and perspectives to gain real-world experience in their chosen disciplines alongside Sharecare’s teams.

In recognition of National Intern Day, we caught up with a few of these outstanding young professionals. Read more about them below!

Caleesha Moore, life sciences & corporate partnerships intern 

From Madison, Florida; Master of Science marketing student at Georgia State University 

“I’ve enjoyed experiencing the team culture at Sharecare, and the candid conversations with my mentors Sara and Donna that lead to deeper learning paired with tasks. Building on my degree, and my time at Sharecare, my goal is to find my place in the corporate world in brand marketing.”

From Bluffton, South Carolina; marketing major at Berry College 

“My favorite part of my internship is getting hands on experience with people that have similar goals as me. I plan on beginning a career in marketing post-college, but a long-term goal of mine is to get my pilot’s license.” 

 

Jayden Ripps, corporate development intern

From Atlanta, Georgia; finance and international business major at the University of Georgia

“One of the most rewarding parts of my experience has been building relationships with everyone in the office. The team has been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and fun to work with, and I’ve learned a tremendous amount from them. I’m especially grateful for the opportunity to work closely with my managers, particularly Darrell, who gave me firsthand experience in financial modeling, business analysis, and due diligence. His mentorship provided invaluable real-world exposure that significantly strengthened my analytical and professional skills. My experience in Corporate Development has solidified my interest in pursuing a career in investment banking or hedge funds. I have developed a genuine passion for financial modeling, business analytics, and strategic decision-making, and I am excited to continue building these skills while tackling complex financial and investment challenges.”

Kevin Lopes, data platform intern 

From Livonia, Michigan; applied statistics major at Rochester Institute of Technology 

“The best part of the experience has been getting to understand how a mature data warehouse operates and how to investigate data quality issues therein. After the internship, I’m seeking fulltime opportunities in the analytics space as well as studying for the P and FM actuarial exams.”

From Raleigh, North Carolina; statistics major at North Carolina State University (NCSU) 

“Favorite part of the internship has been getting to use statistical process control, a fun and practical small piece of the world of statistics. After my internship I plan to continue developing my technical skills and pursue a full-time career related to statistics or data engineering.”

From Franklin, Tennessee; management and international business major at the University of Tennessee Knoxville   

“My favorite part of my internship was participating in our Life Sciences team’s go-to-market, learning from incredible professionals, and witnessing the launch of AskMD firsthand. I also loved the opportunity to work alongside such a talented marketing team in beautiful New York City! After my internship, I would love to pursue a career on the business side of healthcare where I can continue learning from experienced professionals and build on the skills I developed during my internship.” 

Usama Arshad, clinical billing and extract team data intern

“The highlight of my experience has been working with real data and learning how clinical operations tie into the technical side of data extraction and reporting. I’d like to pursue a full-time role in healthcare analytics or data engineering, applying the business analytics and SQL skills I’ve developed during my program and internship.”
