Tim Husted

SVP & GMProvider & CareLinx

Tim Husted serves as senior vice president and general manager of Sharecare’s Provider and CareLinx businesses.

In his role supporting Sharecare’s Provider division, Tim leads sales and operations, collaborating closely with his colleague Darragh Wright in driving strategy. Leveraging his robust relationships in the industry, this business segment primarily addresses mid-revenue cycle needs, including Release of Information for health systems and caters to requestors such as payors. Tim brings five years of experience as a leader in the chart retrieval business, overseeing the sector’s most significant growth phase.

Tim’s leadership also extends to the management of CareLinx, Sharecare’s tech-enabled home care business which comprehensively blends clinical and non-clinical services, anchored in the trusted relationship between in-home caregivers and patients. With CareLinx representing a growth segment of Sharecare’s overall business and product offerings across employers, health plans, and health systems, Tim focuses on building on the offering’s current capabilities in Activities of Daily Living. (ADL) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) to improve health outcomes and life experiences to those in need from the comfort and in the trust of their home.

Before joining Sharecare, Tim had a progressive career at Ciox, culminating in the role of executive vice president, where he managed the relationships with UnitedHealthcare and Optum. This followed a decade at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where Tim’s purview included over 30 countries, including handling various global operations facets including Workforce Management, Process Transformation, and Crisis Management. He was recognized for developing a global footprint optimization strategy, opening shared service operations in North America, South America, Asia, and Europe, and received numerous accolades for his role in overseeing large transformational revenue growth and cost savings project successes.  Tim started his career at Hewitt Associates in Lincolnshire, IL, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Tim has dedicated 20 years to running a premier girls’ softball organization. Currently, he remains an active mentor and advocate for purpose-driven, positivity-based youth sports environments that nurture holistic female leaders.

Residing in Phoenix, AZ, with two children, Rory and Webb, and dog, Palmer, Tim continues to balance a successful career with a passion for community and family.
