Introducing AI Assistant and Organ ID, our newest solutions for life sciences brands

I’m proud to introduce two additions to our robust suite of solutions designed to engage, educate, and activate patients and providers to better understand health conditions and take meaningful action towards improved health and well-being: AI Assistant and Organ ID.

Like the interactive tools AR Wellness Lens and Condition Metamorphosis announced just over a week ago, AI Assistant and Organ ID add new capabilities to support life sciences brands by making healthcare more personalized and approachable. Built to turn curiosity into action, these condition-specific tools use gamification and artificial intelligence (AI) to help patients learn about and visualize their condition, get actionable tips, and move forward in their health journey.

AI Assistant

Research shows promising outcomes when personalized support and AI tools are used for chronic condition management. In fact, AI-driven health coaching systems have proven successful in helping patients manage chronic conditions, with research showing a 25% reduction in hypertension[1], a 54% improvement in chronic kidney care[2], and better adherence across the board[3].

With continued industry excitement surrounding AI and its potential to transform healthcare, we’re pleased to present AI Assistant, a new solution to support patients in making decisions about their care with trusted information. Launching in 2026, this new video-based tool delivers quick and customized health content to patients, based on their feedback on the topics they actually need and want to know more about.

Individuals are prompted to pick a topic, share their biggest challenge, choose a language, and set their preferred video length. Based on the parameters of their responses, our proprietary algorithm generates a personalized video – which also is medically reviewed to ensure it meets Sharecare’s strict editorial and clinical standards.

The result? Patients feel their needs are clearly understood and in turn become more invested in not only the personalized experience AI Assistant affords them but also proactively managing their condition.

Organ ID

According to one survey, more than 70% of people say puzzles and games are their go-to activity for stress relief, over other activities like reading (49%) and even exercise (43%). Studies show gamification can lead to a 40% improvement in medication adherence, a 50% increase in engagement, and a 70% rise in motivation to stick with wellness routines.[4], [5]

Inspired by these insights and our team’s fondness for games like Wordle, we came up with a health-based digital puzzle called Organ ID. This interactive game recreates the same excitement you get when a puzzle piece snaps into place. Each time a patient correctly places a digital puzzle piece, they unlock condition-specific health facts; and as the puzzles progress in difficulty, users are motivated to continue learning about their condition.

Driving outcomes, together

For our brand partners, AI Assistant and Organ ID provide the opportunity to connect with patients, support treatment adherence, and deepen audience understanding of chronic conditions to move the needle on real health outcomes.

Over the past few years, our interactive solutions have consistently outperformed industry benchmarks, generating between 2- and 3-times better audience quality than data partners, and an average of 83% NPS lift in primary care and 990% in specialty care (new prescriptions starts). Additionally, people who engage with our programs are 63% more likely to talk with their doctor about what they learned. That’s proof that when health education feels personal and engaging, it leads to real action. And with nearly 200 awards recognizing Sharecare’s innovative solutions and subject matter expertise in just the last three years, we’re proud to keep raising the bar.
