One of the most meaningful ways we help life sciences brands reach people is through health education, including first-person patient storytelling and comprehensive resources to support healthcare stakeholders. Following months of collaboration, planning, and development, I want to thank my team members across Sharecare for helping deliver our most robust suite of interactive health tools to better support health literacy and treatment adherence to date. You may have noticed that we recently began introducing many of these new solutions designed to engage, educate, and activate patients and providers to better understand health conditions and take meaningful action towards improved health and well-being. ICYMI, these updates include:
Immersive and visual learning
Our new solutions AR Wellness Lens and Condition Metamorphosis use augmented reality and time-based visualization to help patients see the difference treatment adherence can make. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, these condition-specific solutions deepen audience understanding of the impact and progression of a disease over time, while offering key information to close communication gaps between patients and providers – fostering an understanding of what’s at stake to encourage timely, informed decisions.
Personalized, engaging experiences
AI Assistant and Organ ID bring a new level of customization and interactivity to patient engagement. AI Assistant generates medically reviewed, personalized video content based on each user’s needs, preferences, and language, while Organ ID transforms health education into an interactive puzzle game that unlocks condition-specific insights. Both are designed to make learning approachable and engaging, turning curiosity into action.
Guided self-management
Condition Masterclass builds on evidence-based Chronic Disease Self-Management Programs (CDSMP), translating proven approaches into a comprehensive digital learning destination. Through lessons curated by medical professionals with videos, articles, and quizzes, patients and caregivers can strengthen self-efficacy, improve communication with providers, and adopt healthy behaviors at their own pace, without feeling overwhelmed.
Timely insights from Care Compass and The Shift focus on helping patients and providers navigate change. Care Compass delivers an intuitive, stage-by-stage roadmap for each point in the patient journey, complete with visual navigation and ready-to-use resources. The Shift distills evolving medical guidance into an easy-to-share, infographic-style format—highlighting what new developments in healthcare are on the rise, what’s on the decline, and why it matters.

In addition to the 21 Digital Health Awards from the Spring 2025 competition (that we announced in June), Sharecare was recently named a finalist in the MM+M Awards and the Fierce Pharma Awards, and received four finalist nods in the 17th annual Trailblazer Awards from PM360 Magazine.
