Sharecare wrapped: looking back on an impactful 2024

As we reflect on 2024, we’re proud of the Sharecare team’s continued commitment to work with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to help improve care quality, drive better outcomes, and lower costs.

Among the many industry accolades earned by Sharecare this year for our flagship health navigation platform and the proprietary content and programs housed within it, there are a handful of highlights worth revisiting, which include:

Earning more than 5 dozen industry awards:

Continuing to show up strong in the semiannual Digital Health Awards program, Sharecare earned a combined total of 39 in the Spring 2024 and Fall 2024 competitions, taking the top spot in nine categories – including the disease management and population health management category. Additionally, Sharecare won several Telly Awards, National Health Information Awards, and honors from PM360 Magazine, in recognition of the content, campaigns, and individuals who have supported our efforts to promote health literacy and health equity. As we’ve expanded and enhanced our robust catalog of award-winning content and solutions, our work has supported patients and their caregivers with valuable clinician perspectives on managing care, strategies to navigate sensitive health discussions with healthcare providers and loved ones, direct access to medically vetted, condition-specific articles, and so much more.

Meeting rigorous industry performance standards set by NCQA:

Proof positive of our company’s unwavering commitment to quality, Sharecare earned a three-year Case Management Accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). Earning NCQA’s seal of approval for the complex case management capabilities available through Sharecare’s proprietary advocacy solution, our team demonstrated strong performance across nine specific functions. This achievement is in addition to two separate NCQA accreditations for Sharecare’s platform and the interventions housed within it; including three-year NCQA Population Health Program accreditation and three-year NCQA Wellness and Health Promotion accreditation. NCQA’s accreditation program is the industry’s gold standard, and we’re proud that Sharecare bears the distinction of being only one of three companies to hold the aforementioned three-year NCQA Accreditations simultaneously.

Fostering a culture of care among the workforce:

Beyond earning honors and accreditation for the quality of the content, software, and services Sharecare delivers, each and every day, we are driven by our mission to help people easily and efficiently manage their healthcare and improve their well-being. Leveraging our data-driven AI insights, evidence-based resources, and comprehensive platform, we’ve continued to close care gaps among leading national employers, as well as among our own workforce.

In addition to being named one of the “2024 Healthiest Employers” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle for a third year running, we were also proud to once again see several of our clients named in the rankings – with a handful even making the national “2024 Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America” and Indeed’s “Work Wellbeing 100” lists as well. Rounding out a year of meaningful progress for our workforce, U.S. News & World Report also named Sharecare to the 2024-2025 installment of its annual “Best Companies to Work For” list, in not only one but two categories: Best in Health Services and Best in the South.

As we celebrate the close of another year for Sharecare and our accomplishments throughout 2024, we’re filled with gratitude for our colleagues, clients, partners, and the communities we serve together.
