Sharecare named among “Healthiest Employers” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle for third consecutive year
Reflecting on the dedication and contributions from the many teams across our company, we’re proud to announce that Sharecare has been named one of Atlanta’s Healthiest Employers for the third year in a row!
While this award honors our commitment to enhance employee well-being within our own organization, it also shines a light on the progress we’ve made to optimize individual and population-wide well-being with our clients – several of whom were also recognized as top employers.
At the end of August, we celebrated this milestone recognition from the Atlanta Business Chronicle at an event held to honor of the successful employers going above and beyond to keep their workforce happy, and innovative organizations that have created robust workplace well-being programs – and we were proud to see several of our clients named in the rankings.
In a highlight video played at the event, our president and chief marketing officer, Dawn Whaley, shared how Sharecare’s unique perspective on the offerings and services we provide, truly equips our teams to be the strongest partners to support individuals and teams responsible for managing population health, well-being, and benefits.
“To be on the cutting edge, we test what we’re doing first here with our employees – before we take it out to our customers,” Dawn explained, highlighting how the improvements we’ve made among our own workforce helps refine Sharecare’s platform capabilities into solutions better tailored to the needs and challenges of our clients.
Showcasing impressive results from our own well-being program over the last year, Dawn underscored why Sharecare is the best choice for employers, providers, and government organizations looking to help people live their happiest, healthiest, lives. “We had 90% of our employees participate in health challenges. We have 75% of our employees going into our app three times a week – so we get incredible utilization – and again, that just helps us make a better product to take to millions of people, who use it in different ways,” she concluded.
By motivating individuals to participate in ongoing challenges available through our platform – from walking more, sleeping more, better nutrition, and more – Sharecare makes it easy to choose small, but important, healthy decisions that improve their health.
So, as we reflect on our third consecutive year of earning this recognition as one of the Healthiest Employers in our home-base of Atlanta – we’re proud of how Sharecare’s comprehensive care solutions and platform-driven digital health ecosystem continues to innovate to serve more than just our employees, but nearly 13 million members.
