Healthways to sell off business group amid major restructuring

Healthways announced Wednesday that it is selling one its divisions to Atlanta-based digital health care company Sharecare Inc.

The sale comes amid a $25 million corporate restructuring to streamline Healthways’ business portfolio and focus on the company’s profitable Network Solutions segment, which includes the senior fitness group Silver Sneakers and exercise network Prime Fitness.
