Kathy Harris
Kathy Harris serves as executive vice president of corporate development at Sharecare, the digital health company founded to help each person – no matter where they are in their health journey – build a longer, better life by enabling health transformation at the individual, organizational and community level. With over 30 years of finance and investment experience, Harris leads the company’s M&A activity.
Harris most recently was a general partner at Noro-Moseley Partners, the oldest and one of the largest venture capital firms in the Southeastern U.S. While there, she built a dedicated business development function that entailed cultivating and strengthening the firm’s relationships in the entrepreneurial community, building a strong deal generation network and increasing and enhancing the firm’s visibility and brand. She also focused on the firm’s investment activities in the healthcare industry and served on the board of Valor Healthcare, Inc. (acquired by Humana) and as a board observer on Senior Whole Health (acquired by TA Associates).
In 2018, Harris was recognized among 20 “Women Who Mean Business” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle for her civic leadership and various professional contributions. In 2013, Harris was named a finalist in Atlanta’s Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association’s Woman in Healthcare Leadership Award. She was also named to OnBoard’s 2007 Executive Leadership Honor Roll. In 2006, Business to Business Magazine named her one of Atlanta’s 16 “Women of Excellence.”
Harris holds an MBA in finance and human resource management from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. She received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Murray State University.
