Evidence shows communities can lower healthcare costs, improve productivity and become great places to live, work and play when they make healthy choices easier. Yesterday at HLTH 2018, I presented alongside Blue Zones founder Dan Buettner to share how we’re working together to improve population health outcomes and how the evolution of technology is fast-tracking our work. With our Blue Zones Project communities, we’re transforming communities around the U.S. so that their environment – from their workplaces to their favorite restaurants to their local parks – is built with their well-being in mind. And whether they’re on the go, at home, or somewhere in between, we use Sharecare technology to help them care for their health, no matter when or where they need it.
Check out our presentation to hear how we’re embracing these high-tech and high-touch means of engagement to meet people at all stages of their health journeys.
