Celebrating leaders among leaders

By Jeff Arnold, Chairman and CEO

October 23, 2018

As CEO, one of my greatest privileges is recognizing and celebrating the people who contribute to our company’s success. But the pride felt when others in our industry take it upon themselves to do the same is indescribable.

Last week, several Sharecare employees joined our industry peers and colleagues to recognize two of our most senior leaders. At Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2018 Women Who Mean Business awards gala, we celebrated our very own senior vice president of corporate development, Kathy Harris. Kathy fearlessly leads our M&A activity, and since joining Sharecare in 2011, her achievements have helped us scale from 40 Atlanta-based employees to a growing business with more than 2,400 employees globally. Further north at the DTC Forum on Social Media & Technology in New Jersey, Laura Klein, general manager and chief revenue officer of our consumer solutions division, was honored with one of the first-ever DTC Innovator Awards. This award was created by DTC Perspectives to recognize leaders whose innovative approaches to marketing help promote life-saving products to consumers. For this inaugural class of extraordinary marketers, I can’t imagine a better professional to help set the gold standard than Laura.

With broad interests and talents, both Kathy’s and Laura’s contributions go far beyond positively impacting our business – both of them graciously commit to making our personal and professional communities the best they can be. Beyond their unwavering dedication, they both are genuine, caring spirits, and I’m incredibly grateful to have such exemplary leaders who inspire us to be better in all aspects of our lives. Congratulations, Kathy and Laura, and thank you for your dedicated service and leadership.
