AskMD’s Webby Award

With one of every 20 Google searches being health-related, we know people turn to the Internet first when someone is sick. But the inundation of information resulting from a simple Google search is anything but simple – nor clinically validated or time-saving. With this (mis)information overload, it’s more important than ever that we have a tool to help us cut through the clutter – especially when we’re trying to find information to make us feel better.

That’s one of the reasons I am excited our app AskMD has been recognized for the second year in a row by the Webby Awards as an official honoree in the Health and Fitness category.
