Building a Patient-Centered Health System

This week, CHE Trinity Health, one of the nation’s leading health care systems, announced that they are entering into a partnership with Sharecare, in part so we can help them provide consumers and patients with a personalized, localized engagement platform across the 20 states of the CHE Trinity Health system. There are 30 million people in the communities serviced by CHE Trinity Health, but only a fraction of them seek care in a clinical setting. CHE Trinity Health’s mission is to build a people-centered health system that can help people live their healthiest lives, whether they’re in the exam room or their living room. That philosophy also is core to our mission at Sharecare, and we’re excited to play a part in helping CHE Trinity Health make it easier for consumers to understand how to live their healthiest lives, especially in a world where health is incredibly confusing and often intimidating. Together, we believe that extending resources to people that they can access when they want, how they want will empower them to make better health decisions each and every day – and that’s what it’s all about.
