Nicole Torraco

Board of Directors

Nicole Torraco is a C-level executive, board member, and strategic advisor for global companies.

Most recently, she served as the President of FITTLE, a Xerox company with over $1.5B in annual originations, $500m in revenues, and $3.5B in assets under management (AUM). Nicole served on the Xerox Executive Committee, with a direct reporting line to the CEO.

Previously known as Xerox Financial Services (XFS), FITTLE is the financing arm of Xerox. Nicole led XFS’s transformation from an internal captive leasing firm to a global business unit with a diversified portfolio. She established and grew FITTLE’s non-Xerox business from $0 to over $400M in annual originations.

Prior to leading FITTLE, Nicole served as Xerox’s Chief Strategy and M&A Officer. Hired in 2018 as Vice President of Strategy and M&A, she was quickly promoted into the C-suite role. As a member of the core leadership team, Nicole advised on all major corporate decisions. Her primary responsibility was transforming and revitalizing Xerox’s mergers and acquisitions strategy. Nicole completed 7 transactions in the span of 3 years. These acquisitions drove business expansion in Europe and enabled access to new industries such as 3D printing and augmented reality.

Before joining Xerox, Nicole held various roles in financial consulting, mergers & acquisitions, and investment management. From 2010 to 2018, she was a Principal at Onex Credit, a global debt securities investor. Nicole enabled the company to expand from $3B to $10B through diversification into CLOs and Direct Lending. She also realized above average market returns on the investments she handled—between 7% and 15%. Prior to that, Nicole was the Director of Distressed and Special Situations at Babson Capital Management. Her early career includes positions at Rothschild Co. and Gleacher & Co.

Nicole serves on the Board of Directors of Pagaya Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ: PGY), a global technology company that uses machine learning, a vast data network and a sophisticated AI-driven approach to provide comprehensive consumer credit and residential real estate solutions for its partners, their customers, and investors.

Also, Nicole serves on the advisory board of Teach for America Connecticut, part of a nationwide nonprofit committed to improving student outcomes through teacher fellowship programs.

Nicole earned an MBA in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She has a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard University.
