Alan Mnunchin has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Falcon Capital Acquisition Corp. since June 5, 2020. A member of Sharecare’s Board of Directors, Mr. Mnuchin is a member of the company’s Audit Committee.

Mr. Mnuchin founded and has been the chief executive officer of Ariliam Group, a principal investment and strategic consulting firm and has invested in various media and technology companies prior to and since founding Ariliam Group.

Mr. Mnuchin previously served as a member of the board of directors of Target Hospitality Corp. (Nasdaq: TH). In 2003, Mr. Mnuchin formed the boutique investment bank AGM Partners LLC, through which he has acted as a strategic M&A advisor to leading corporate, entrepreneurial and private equity clients on transactions totaling over $80 billion.

Prior to founding AGM Partners, Mr. Mnuchin held various leadership positions in the media groups of Lehman Brothers, Bear Stearns and The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS). Mr. Mnuchin received his B.S. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
