Naveen Saxena is chief technology officer of Sharecare, the digital health company founded to help each person – no matter where they are in their health journey – build a longer, better life by enabling health transformation at the individual, organizational and community level. As CTO, Saxena oversees all product, engineering and technology development and operations.

As a senior executive with more than 25 years of experience managing technology, products and operations, Saxena has been responsible for building and delivering innovative products across sectors ranging from healthcare to financial services to software. Most recently, Saxena founded and served as the chief executive officer of Obeo Health, a Silicon Valley-based company that offered a range of decision support services to help navigate important health care decisions by applying big data and predictive analytic capabilities.

Prior to founding Obeo Health, Saxena was the CTO and chief strategy officer at Castlight Health. Saxena has also held senior roles at companies such as Fidelity Investments, Healtheon (acquired by WebMD), iMetrikus, Cisco and Transarc (acquired by IBM).

Saxena graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He earned a master’s degree in computer science from West Virginia University.
