Natalie Schneider

EVP & GM, Provider Solutions

Natalie Schneider is executive vice president and general manager of provider solutions at Sharecare, the digital health company that helps people manage all their health in one place. In this role, she is responsible for identifying and leading the company’s pursuit of strategic growth opportunities, including the expansion of its provider services and telehealth offerings. 

In addition to two decades of experience in healthcare and technology, Schneider brings a passion for delivering creative, consumer-driven experiences to Sharecare. An accomplished healthcare leader and consumer strategist, Schneider joined the company from Samsung Electronics America, where she served as vice president of digital health and helped reshape how consumers engage with their health through wearables and digital interventions. 

Schneider also has held roles at companies such as Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, where she was vice president of consumer experience; data and analytics consulting firm Gavroshe, serving clients such as Sallie Mae and Ford; and McKinsey & Company. In addition to her career accomplishments, she also is a nationally recognized thought leader, featured at industry conferences hosted by organizations including the Business Group on Health and America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), and as a consumer experience expert in a number of national media outlets. 

Schneider has served on various boards of directors for organizations including the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, American Lung Association, and Super Bowl Host Committee. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) and was honored as one of 10 CXPA Consumer Experience Innovators of the Year in 2016. In addition to a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in management information systems from Rhodes University, she also holds an MBA and master’s degree in health/health care management administration from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
