Jen Martin Hall is senior vice president of corporate communications at Sharecare, the digital health company helping people manage all their health in one place. Based at the company’s global headquarters in Atlanta, Jen leads the company’s strategic communications efforts, including media relations, internal communications, community relations and reputation management, and plays a key role in brand strategy and product marketing.
Previously, Jen worked in corporate communications for Apple, where she focused on publicity for iPad, iOS and iCloud, and oversaw broadcast press relations at the company’s launch events and Worldwide Developers Conferences. While at Apple, Jen also helped plan and execute global launches for a variety of products, including iPhone 4S, iOS 5, iCloud, the new iPad, iOS 6, iPhone 5 and iPad mini.
Prior to Apple, Jen worked for CNN Worldwide, where she led publicity for the network’s digital platforms, and the communications strategy for the company’s movement into new media, virtual worlds, social networking and user-generated content.
Earlier in her career, Jen served as the principal adviser for a number of technology-driven start-ups, government organizations and universities. She also has provided public relations, reputation management and crisis communications counsel to various technology and consumer products clients while working at public relations agencies including GCI Group, Weber Shandwick Worldwide and Edelman Public Relations.
Over the years, Jen’s accomplishments have gained her recognition by PRWeek as a Top 40 Under 40 honoree; Women in Cable Telecommunications as one of the top 40 rising leaders in the industry; and PRNews with a Platinum Award for Social Media Campaign of the Year. A graduate of the University of Georgia, she also is active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for Women In Technology (WIT); the Advisory Board for the Chattahoochee Riverkeeper; the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) Awareness Task Force as well as the Board of Directors for TAG’s Health society.
