The Atlanta Hawks Basketball Club and its official jersey patch partner, Sharecare, are teaming up for the Sharecare Heartbeat Festival at Central Park on Saturday, April 14. The festival is a free and family-friendly event to celebrate and rally Atlantans around the #SharecareMovement to improve the health and wellbeing of their communities.
The event features the club’s first-ever city-wide 3-v-3 basketball tournament, which will gather more than 400 registered participants in both the youth and adult divisions to compete at four newly-renovated Atlanta Hawks outdoor courts. The youth bracket will be composed of boys and girls ages 10-14 and will run from 9 – 11 a.m., and the adult brackets will comprise local firefighters and police officers, Atlanta Hawks season-ticket members, media members, media partners and corporate partners, and will run from 1:30 – 5:30 p.m.
Admission is free for everyone. The event will also include live DJ entertainment, healthy cooking demonstrations, CPR trainings, Yoga in the Park by King of Pops, Get Pulsed Fitness classes, food trucks and more.
